General Rules: Feats - Elven Blood, Star Elf

Elven Blood, Star Elf [Bloodgift] (adapted from AEG's Feats)
You are descended from the Seren family. Your elven blood is tied to the fate of the stars.
   Prerequisite: Strength 13+, elf.
   Benefit: Your elven meditation only takes you 1 hour each night, providing you with the human equivalent of 8 hours of sleep.
   Normal: Elves meditate for 4 hours each day to gain the same benefits as 8 hours of sleep.

   Special: This feat can only be chosen at 1^st level during character creation. A character can never have more than one 1^st level bloodgift.
