General Rules: Feats - Monkeywrencher

Monkeywrencher [Dwarf] (adapted from Path of Shadow)
Your talent at using magic items not normally available to you is so advanced that you can occasionally allow others to use those items as well.
    Prerequisite: Dwarf, Intelligence 15+, Magical Savant, Skill Augmentation (Disable Device and Use Magic Device), Use Magic Device 10+ ranks.
    Benefit: On a successful Dc 30 Use Magic Device check you can rig a magical device for a single activation by another character who would ordinarily be restricted from using it. The character using the item may not be normally disqualified from using the item by more than one restriction. At the time of the Use Magic Device check, the intended user of the item must be specified. Once successful, the next use of the item in question must be by the intended person, though there is no time limit on when that next usage might be. Should anyone else use the item before the intended person does, the effect of the feat is nullified and the Use Magic Device skill check must be performed again to allow the intended use to use the device.
