General Rules: Feats - Tail Walking

Tail Walking [General, Savage Humanoid] (adapted from the Seafarer's Handbook)
You have learned to use your tail while out of water somewhat more gracefully than most of your kind.
   Prerequisites: Savage Humanoid, native aquatic humanoid with a tail.
   Benefit: Your base land speed increases to 10 feet.
